Payment Policy

All Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. All buyers will pay the shipping charge, which will be added to the purchase price. Tennessee residents will pay 9-1/2% sales tax. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards, and personal checks.

If paid by personal check, we will ship within 3 business days after the check has cleared the bank. Make checks payable to "Legends of the Fall Antiques".

Shipping Policy

All purchased items will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment (except for personal checks - within 3 days after check clears).

Shipments will be by UPS unless otherwise specified. Please Note: We do not ship furniture. Any purchased furniture items must be picked up, or we can deliver if within a 200 mile radius of Knoxville, Tennessee. 

Returns Policy

If property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.

If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
