Nice assortment of Civil War dug artifacts from Pine Mountain, Georgia. Included are (2) fired 3-ring minie balls, a 20mm Union uniform Eagle Button, an arrow and hook back plate assembly from a belt buckle, and a belt rivet. There is no backmark on the eagle button and the shank is loose but intact. The battle of Pine Mountain was fought on June 14, 1864. Confederate General Leonidas Polk was killed by a Parrot gun in this battle. The story that came with these relics states that they were found in the vicinity of were General Polk fell.

These are five nice minie balls from the Kenesaw Mountain area in Georgia. Three are 3-ring .58 Caliber and two are .577 caliber Infields.

Here are two Union General Service Eagle Uniform Buttons and one dropped and one fired minie ball. Both are 3-ring .58 caliber. Both buttons have intact shanks. Backmarks are unreadable. All relics are from the Battle of Franklin in Tennessee.

SOLD - Nice dug Civil War U.S. Oval Belt Buckle from the Kennesaw Mountain area of Georgia. It is complete and in good condition for a dug relic. It is a typical brass and lead filled buckle with arrowhead type belt hooks. It measures approximately 3-1/4" in length and 2" wide.
